【獎助學金】111-2本國優秀學生博士學位生獎助學金申請

111-2學期符合資格並有意申請菁英博士學位生獎助學金的同學，請依下述流程申請：

註：有意申請逕讀博士的同學，若欲申請此獎助學金，請在一樣先在2/7（二）17:00前申請本獎助學金，以利行政作業進行，然逕讀結果仍以教務處公告為主。

一、 網路表單填寫。

二、 在2/7（二）17:00前繳交以下文件至系辦：

(一)新生：

1.申請表一份(含學生職涯發展及學術研究規劃)。

2.研究計畫書一份。

3.優異表現證明(如發表論文、參與國科會計畫紀錄、得獎紀錄、課外活動等)及其他有助審查之文件。(無則免繳)

4.需檢附配合款同意書(申請國科會補助大學校院培育優秀博士生獎學金者除外)。

(二)在校生：

1.申請表一份(含學生職涯發展及學術研究規劃)。

2.歷年成績單。

3.研究計畫書一份。

4.優異表現證明(如發表論文、參與國科會計畫紀錄、得獎紀錄、課外活動等)及其他有助審查之文件。(無則免繳)

5.需檢附系所或指導教授配合款同意書(國科會補助大學校院培育優秀博士生獎學金者除外)。

三、注意事項：

1.已獲國科會補助優秀博士生獎學金者，不需重新評選，免繳交申請表，但須繳交中文歷年成績單1份。入學後每學期學業平均成績(GPA)須達三點五(含)以上或經指導教授推薦始具續領資格。未修課致無法提供成績者，須另附說明書並經指導教授或系所主管審核通過推薦。

2.受獎學生完成註冊後，除寒暑假外，於受獎期間內離校超過1個月以上者，經查證屬實，得逕行停發不在校月份獎助學金，連續停發2個月者，取銷其受獎助資格。若因疫情因素延後返校，其獎助期程自受獎助生實際返校就學當月起算。

3. 受獎助生於受獎助期間，若經系所或教師認定學習情形不佳，並經系所相關會議決議，得取消其受獎資格。

4. 有意申請並符合資格者，務必詳閱獎學金要點文件，申請資料請填寫完整，將以Email為主要通知管道聯繫學生，請留意電子信箱。

5. 申請前請詳閱國立中山大學獎勵本國優秀學生獎助學金要點。

【Scholarship】Scholarship Applications for Doctoral Outstanding International Students at National Sun Yat-sen University in the second semester of the 2022 academic year

Step1. Fill out the online form

Step2. Submit the following required documents to the department office before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, 7 February 2023.

Required documents:

(1) New students:

i. Application form

ii. Research proposal

iii. Proof of outstanding performance (such as papers published, record of awards won, extracurricular activities attended, etc.) and other documents conducive to the student’s scholarship application, if available

(2) Current students:

i. Application form

ii. A complete official transcript and a recommendation letter from the advisor or department/institute chair

iii. Research proposal

iv. Proof of outstanding performance (such as papers published, record of awards won, extracurricular activities attended, etc.) and other documents conducive to the student’s scholarship application, if available
