Notification of the application of NSYSU MOES Regulations for Internationalization Scholarships (Deadline: 13^rd July)

50. 申請對象、資格與獎助金額：

(一)、本國籍研究生錄取雙聯學位、出國交換或本系短期出國研修課程資格者：

每學年1-3位為原則，出國期間每人每年奬助金新台幣6萬元整，不足一年按月比例計算。獎助金以學期為單位發放。

(二)、本國籍大學生錄取雙聯學位、出國交換或本系短期出國研修課程資格者：

每學年1-3位為原則，出國期間每人每年奬助金新台幣6萬元整，不足一年按月比例計算。獎助金以學期為單位發放。

(三)、外國籍博士班四年級之博士生：

每學年1-3位為原則，在學期間每人每年奬助金新台幣 6 萬元整，不足一年按月比例計算。獎助金以學期為單位發放。

(四)、本國籍一般生博士班：因畢業規定畢業前需赴國外進行交流需三個月以上，出國期間每個月補助5千元。獎助金以學期為單位發放。

50. The quota and amount of the scholarships

A. The native graduate student who is eligible for the school of MOES double degree or outbound exchange program is awarded NT$60,000 per year. If the duration abroad is less than 1 year, scholarships will be prorated monthly.

And the scholarships will be awarded in the end of the semester. The total number of said admitted students shall be limited to one to three (1-3) per academic year.

B. The native undergraduate who is eligible for the school of MOES double degree or outbound exchange program is awarded NT$60,000 per year. If the duration abroad is less than 1 year, scholarships will be prorated monthly.

C. The foreign student who enrolls in the fourth year of the doctoral program is awarded NT$60,000 per year. If the duration of enrollment is less than 1 year, scholarships will be prorated monthly. And the scholarships will be awarded in the end of the semester. The total number of said admitted students shall be limited to one to three (1-3) per academic year.

D. The native doctoral student who goes abroad to take courses or carry out research for three (3) month and above according to the Rules and Regulations for Doctoral Qualifying Examination and Degree Examination is awarded NT$5,000 per month. Scholarships will be awarded evenly over two semesters.

50. 繳交資料：

(一)申請雙聯學位或出國交換奬助學金：申請書、入學許可證明。

(二)申請外國籍博士生奬助學金：

1.申請書2.成績單 3.論文發表證明 4.指導教授推薦信

50. Application process

Eligible applicants are required to submit the following documents and apply to the Department during the application period:

A.    Double Degree Programs, Outbound Exchange or Outbound Learning

○Application Form

○Admission permit or offer letter

B.    Scholarship for Outstanding International Students enrolling in the fourth year of the doctoral program

○Application Form

○Transcript

○Proof of presented papers

○Letter of recommendation by the advisor

50. 申請期限：請於7月13日(週三)17:00前將資料繳交至系辦，如有任何問題與系辦聯絡。
