一、 網路表單填寫。
二、 在114/8/29（五）17:00前繳交以下文件至系辦：
(一)新生：
1.申請表一份(含學生職涯發展及學術研究規劃)。註:有列出發表文章者，請務必列出文章所有作者，並且標出通訊作者。
2.研究計畫書一份。
3.優異表現證明(如發表論文、參與國科會計畫紀錄、得獎紀錄、課外活動等)及其他有助審查之文件。(無則免繳)
4.需檢附配合款同意書(申請國科會補助大學校院培育優秀博士生獎學金者除外)。
(二)在校生：
1.申請表一份(含學生職涯發展及學術研究規劃)。註:有列出發表文章者，請務必列出文章所有作者，並且標出通訊作者。
2.歷年成績單。
3.研究計畫書一份。
4.優異表現證明(如發表論文、參與國科會計畫紀錄、得獎紀錄、課外活動等)及其他有助審查之文件。(無則免繳)
5.需檢附系所或指導教授配合款同意書(國科會補助大學校院培育優秀博士生獎學金者除外)。
(三)已獲國科會補助優秀博士生獎學金者：
免繳交申請表，但須繳交中文歷年成績單與學業研究表現成果報告。
入學後每學期學業平均成績(GPA)須達三點五(含)以上或經指導教授推薦始具續領資格。
未修課致無法提供成績者，須另附說明書並經指導教授或系所主管審核通過推薦。
三、注意事項：
1.受獎學生完成註冊後，除寒暑假外，於受獎期間內離校超過1個月以上者，經查證屬實，得逕行停發不在校月份獎助學金，連續停發2個月者，取銷其受獎助資格。
2.受獎助生於受獎助期間，若經系所或教師認定學習情形不佳，並經系所相關會議決議，得取消其受獎資格。
3.有意申請並符合資格者，務必詳閱獎學金要點文件，申請資料請填寫完整，將以Email為主要通知管道聯繫學生，請留意電子信箱。
4.依本校「獎勵本國優秀學生就讀本校獎助學金要點」、「獎勵外國優秀學生就讀本校獎助學金要點」、「中國大陸地區博士生獎助學金」、「西灣僑星獎助學金要點」辦理。申請前請詳閱相關法規。
5.符合第四年續領資格者，一樣須提出申請，謝謝。
【Scholarships】 114-1 "Awards for Outstanding Domestic and International Students (including Overseas Chinese, Mainland Chinese, and Hong Kong and Macao Students)" Doctoral Scholarship Application
1. Fill out the online form.
2. Submit the following documents to the Department Office before 5:00 PM on Friday, August 29, 2025.
(I) New Students:
1. Application Form (including career development and academic research plans). Note: If you have published articles, please be sure to list all authors and indicate the corresponding author.
2. Research Proposal.
3. Proof of outstanding performance (such as publications, participation in NSTC projects, awards, extracurricular activities, etc.) and other documents that may assist in the review process. (No submission is okay if no documents are available.)
(II) Current Students:
1. Application Form (including career development and academic research plans). Note: If you have published articles, please be sure to list all authors and indicate the corresponding author.
2. Full transcripts.
3. A research proposal.
4. Proof of outstanding performance (such as publications, participation in NSTC projects, awards, extracurricular activities, etc.) and other documents that may assist in the review process. (No submission is okay if no documents are available.)
5. For students in their 5 or 6 semester, a letter of consent from the department or supervisor is required (except for those receiving the NSTC Scholarship).
(III) Recipients of the NSTC Scholarship for Outstanding Doctoral Students:
No application form is required, but transcripts and academic and research performance reports in Chinese are required.
Eligibility for continued scholarships must be based on a GPA of 3.5 or higher each semester after enrollment or a recommendation from your advisor.
For those unable to provide transcripts due to not having taken any courses, a separate explanation must be provided and the advisor or department head must review and approve the recommendation.
3. Notes:
1. After completing registration, if a scholarship recipient is absent from campus for more than one month during the scholarship period, excluding winter and summer vacations, their scholarship will be suspended for the months of absence upon verification. If they are absent for two consecutive months, their scholarship eligibility will be revoked.
2. If a scholarship recipient's academic performance is deemed unsatisfactory during the scholarship period by the department or faculty, and the decision is made at a relevant departmental meeting, their scholarship eligibility may be revoked.
3. Interested applicants who meet the requirements must carefully read the scholarship guidelines and complete the application form. Email will be the primary channel for notification, so please keep an eye on your email address.
